Service Description

Birth and the early days of child rearing can be very challenging. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. We will discuss postpartum nutritional and self-care. This will include herbal baths, herbal tea, and one optional healing plant-based meal. Breast-feeding assistance and troubleshooting tips are available, if needed.
