Service Description
If you are a long distance away, cannot have a full doula service, or just want one on one assistance - I can help you build a birth plan for whichever birth setting you will be in. This is especially important for first time births and hospital births. We will take 30 minutes to 1 hour to build a birth plan and review all options. We will also discuss informed consent and the part it plays in
your experience. You can book this service at any time during your pregnancy, but I recommend planning early on.
